The new Kratos electric bike was launched in India by Tork Motors on Wednesday. The new electric motorcycle costs Rs. 1.02 lakh. Kratos and Kratos R are the two models of this bike offered by the firm. Bookings for electric bikes have also begun at the company as of today. By April of this year, they will be ready to ship. On the company’s official website, you may reserve this motorcycle for Rs 999.
The new Tork Kratos EV will be rolled in across India. It will be introduced in key Indian cities like Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi in the first phase. The motorcycle will be brought to more cities in the second phase.
Range
The motorcycle is equipped with a 48V IP67-rated 4 Kwh lithium-ion battery pack. It has an IDC range of 180 kilometers and a real-world range of 120 kilometers. It has a top speed of 100 kilometers per hour. The company used an axial flux type electric motor with a top power of 7.5 kW and a peak torque of 28 Nm in this project. This initial 0-40 kmph speed is claimed to be obtained in 4 seconds by the business. In comparison to the basic model, the Kratos R has a more powerful motor that produces 9.0 Kw/38 Nm and has a top speed of 105 kmph.
Color Choices, Features
Aside from quick charging, the Kratos R motorcycle has geofencing, find my vehicle, motor walk assist, crash alarm, holiday mode, track mode, and smart charge analysis. The regular model will only be available in white, however, the Haier model will be available in white, blue, red, and black.
